Avoid for anyone who values hygiene

The location was decent enough to get around. But the real deal was the alarming lack of cleanliness in the room, it was appalling.

It wasn’t inexpensive too, which makes the whole experience even worse.

We loved being just a few steps away from the vibrant Falls and enjoyed a lovely meal at nearby restaurants like Pho Bowl, which was less than a 5-minute walk from our room during our single night stay.

The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating upon check-in.

The shower had mold and was not properly cleaned before our arrival.

The room was not what I expected. The beds were super hard, and the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in forever. The microwave had leftover food from previous guests, and we had barely any towels. The AC was leaking, which didn’t help the wet carpet situation. One bathroom door was a real struggle to open. Not to mention, there was no plug for the tub. Just a lot of little annoyances that made the stay pretty uncomfortable.

The kids enjoyed the breakfast options like waffles and cereal. The motel has a great location with easy access to nearby attractions, making it convenient for family outings. There’s also ample parking, which is a big plus for families traveling by car.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities on-site.

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited the local museum and checked out a nearby theater. The on-site tour desk made planning easy, and parking was a breeze. Just a heads up, there was some wear and tear in our room, but it didn't ruin our fun!

One issue we faced was a dirty floor upon arrival. It felt a bit neglected, but we focused on enjoying our trip.

I stayed three nights and appreciated the breakfast options and hot coffee. The indoor pool was a nice touch too, and the clean tub made for a pleasant experience. However, the photos did not match the actual room condition, which was older than expected.

the niagara lodge & suites had a really nice indoor heated pool, which was perfect after a long day. the location was great, just a short walk to a small breakfast area where we could grab snacks. I enjoyed the outdoor pool too.

The room had a large refrigerator and microwave, which were convenient. However, the experience was marred by poor cleanliness standards. the bathroom was dirty and had remnants from previous guests. Additionally, the shower lacked a proper plug, complicating the bathing needs for my autistic children. The staff appeared friendly, but the management's response to complaints was disappointing.

I had a great experience staying here. The room had a refrigerator and microwave, which made it convenient. The indoor heated pool was relaxing after a long day. The staff were friendly and helped with everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious and had many options. ☕️
